Check In & Check Out Times
Check in time is 4.00 PM.
Check out time is 10.00 AM.
Full address and check-in instructions will be sent to you two days before your arrival, together with our digital guest guide.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to [number of days] days before the check-in date without penalty.
Cancellations made within [number of days] days of the check-in date will incur a [percentage]% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.
Security Damage Deposit

No Smoking
We have implemented a strict no smoking policy, inside and outside the house. This policy extends to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

We strive to provide an allergy-friendly environment for all our guests.

No Commercial Photography
Commercial photography requires a different booking fee. We kindly request that you reach out to us in advance to discuss your specific requirements and obtain prior authorization if you plan to conduct any commercial photography sessions on the property.
